IJOY Use Agreement
(hereinafter referred to as "IJOY"), please read and fully understand all the terms and conditions of this agreement. Once you register, you are deemed to understand and accept this agreement in its entirety, including any changes made by IJOY to the usage agreement. 1. Acceptance of terms
1.1 This agreement provides for the services to be provided to the user by IJOY in accordance with these terms and conditions and the rules as updated from time to time. Once registering, logging in and using the service, you become a user of IJOY and are bound by this Agreement.

2. User registration
2.1 Users are required to register for a "IJOY" account before using the service. There is a IJOY way to change the registration and binding of the account according to the needs of the user or the product.
2.2 In order to use the service, in accordance with the requirements of the law, the user must agree to the following: fill in the correct registration email, password, name, mobile ph number and other information in accordance with the registration prompts of the service, and ensure the authenticity, validity and legality of the future updated login email, name, avatar and mobile ph number and other information. If you provide any information that is illegal, immoral or in IJOY's opinion unsuitable for display; IJOY has reason to suspect that the act is a procedure or malicious operation, it has the right to suspend or terminate the use of the account without prior notice and refuse to use all or any functions of the service now and in the future.
2.3 IJOY shall not be liable for any registration or data registered by the user, including but not limited to the responsibility to identify and verify the authenticity, correctness, completeness, suitability and/or up-to-dateness of any registration or data registered.
3. User Account and Password Security
3.1 After completing the registration process for the Service and successfully registering, users can use their registered email/mobile ph number and password to log in to their IJOY account. Upon completion of registration, the user will be granted the right to use the account.
3.2 Users are fully responsible for all use of their account.
1) Notify IJOY immediately of any unauthorised use of the account, or any other security problems.
(2) If he/she does not keep his/her account and password securely, Yau Yat Sen will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from this.
(3) The user is solely responsible for any damage caused to the user, Yau Yat Sen or a third party by the use of the account, including failure to keep their account or password secure.
4) The user agrees not to use other users' accounts or passwords under any circumstances.
5) The user agrees not to use technical means to create false accounts in bulk.
3.3 The ownership of the "IJOY" account is owned by IJOY and the right to use it belongs to the initial registrant only and is not allowed to be given, borrowed, rented, transferred or sold.
3.4 Users shall comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and use the service correctly and appropriately. If the user violates any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, IJOY has the right to interrupt or terminate the service of the defaulting user account after notifying the user. At the same time, there is a IJOY reservation of the right to withdraw the account and user name at any time.
4、Protection of users' personal information
4.1 The protection of users' personal information is not only a legal requirement, but also a basic principle that has been adhered to by IJOY for a long time. The registration information provided by the user and other information about the user retained by IJOY will be protected by law. IJOY will collect, store and use personal information in accordance with the law, this agreement and the provisions of the IJOY Privacy Agreement.
4.2 Users can check, change and delete their personal information, registration information and transmission contents on their "IJOY" account through the operations prompted in the APP, but for security and identification reasons, it may not be possible to change the information provided during registration such as gender. In addition, the deletion of the relevant information will also delete the text and images stored in the system, and the user assumes the risk.
5. User behaviour
5.1 Users shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and agree to take full responsibility for any use of the service and its results by using the login account in any way. If the user's behavior violates national laws, he/she will bear all legal responsibilities according to the law; if it is suspected to constitute a crime, the judicial authorities will pursue criminal responsibilities, and IJOY will strictly follow the obligations under the law and the requirements of the judicial authorities to cooperate.
5.2 Users promise that they will not use their "IJOY" account or services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following acts.
(1) Posting or otherwise transmitting information that contains of the following.
- that opposes the basic principles established by the Constitution
- that endangers national security, reveals state secrets, subverts state power or undermines national unity
- that damages the honour and interests of the State
- Those that incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermine national unity
- Those who undermine the state's religious policy and promote evil cults and feudal superstitions
- Those who spread rumours, disturbing social order and undermining social stability
- Those who spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crime
- Insulting or defaming others and infringing on their legitimate rights and interests
- Contains false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, invasive of another's privacy, harassing, invasive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally objectionable content
- contains other content that is restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations, (departmental) rules and any norms having the force of law
- contains content that reliably deems inappropriate for display on IJOY
- content that infringes the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other exclusive rights of others.
2) stealing another person's avatar or information, impersonating, using another person's name, impersonating any other person or organization.
3) endangering the legitimate rights and interests of others in any way
4) Forcing or inducing other users to follow or click on linked pages or share information
5) Producing or publishing methods or tools related to the above acts, or operating or disseminating such methods or tools, whether or not these acts are for commercial purposes.
6) interferes with or disrupts the Service or servers and networks connected to the Service, or violates any rules, procedures, policies or specifications governing networks connected to the Service
7) Publish, send or otherwise transmit computer viruses (or any other computer code, files and programs) designed to interfere with, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or communications equipment.
8) Other acts that violate the laws and regulations, infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation of "IJOY" or are not expressly authorized.
9) Stalking, manhunting or otherwise harassing others.
10) Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local or national laws, as well as any rules with legal effect.
5.3 The User shall indemnify and hold harmless IJOY and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, brand co-owners or other partners and employees from and against any claims or demands, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs, made by any third party arising out of or resulting from Content provided, posted or transmitted by the User through the Service, connection to the Service, breach of this Usage Agreement, or infringement of any rights of another. and hold them harmless and assume all legal liability arising therefrom.
5.4 The User may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or use for any other commercial purpose any part of the Service or the use or acquisition of the Service.
6. Exclusive rights of the User
6.1 IJOY respect for the legitimate rights and interests of others (including intellectual property rights, the right to reputation, the right to goodwill, etc.), and users are urged to respect the legitimate rights and interests of others.
6.2 If the user violates the prohibitions of laws and regulations, infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others or public interests, IJOY will delete specific content or even terminate the use of the account in accordance with the provisions of national laws and regulations, or in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with this Agreement or its relevant provisions.
7. Terms and Conditions for Minors
7.1 IJOY APP is for adults only. Minors are not allowed to use IJOY APP or create their own accounts. If the user is under 18 years old, please stop registering and using all the services provided by IJOY immediately.
7.2 The company considers any under the age of 18 as a minor, although local laws and customs define minors differently.
7.3 If a minor is found to have misrepresented his or her age and registered to use IJOY, it is the responsibility of the user to notify IJOY immediately; if an account and related information of a minor is found to appear, there is a IJOY attempt to delete the account and related data as soon as possible.
8. User responsibility
8.1 If IJOY finds or receives reports or complaints from others that the user has violated this agreement, IJOY has the right to review and delete the relevant content, including but not limited to user information and chat records, at any time without notice, and to impose penalties including but not limited to warnings, account bans, equipment bans and function bans on the offending account depending on the severity of the circumstances, and to notify the user of the results.
8.2 Users who have been banned for violating the User Agreement may submit a complaint to Customer Service, which will review the complaint and decide whether to change the penalty at its sole discretion and reasonable discretion.
8.3 The user understands and agrees that IJOY has the right to impose penalties for violations of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement in accordance with reasonable judgment, take appropriate legal action against any user who violates the law, and save relevant information to report to relevant departments in accordance with laws and regulations, etc. The user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
8.4 The user understands and agrees that the user shall indemnify and hold harmless IJOY and its partner companies and affiliates from any claims, demands or losses, including reasonable attorney's fees, asserted by any third party as a result of or arising out of the user's violation of this agreement.
9. Intellectual property rights
9.1 The intellectual property rights of the content (including but not limited to program code, interface design, layout frame, data material, accounts, web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, charts, etc.) provided by IJOY in the Service shall belong to IJOY, except that the User has legally obtained the intellectual property rights of the content published by him before using the Service.
9.2 Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyright, patent and other intellectual property rights of the software relied upon by IJOY in providing the Service are owned by IJOY.
9.3 The copyright or trademark rights in the graphics, words or their composition, and other IJOY logos and product and service names (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "IJOY Company Marks") used by IJOY in connection with the Service shall belong to IJOY. Without the prior written consent of IJOY, the User shall not display, use or otherwise deal with the IJOY Logo in any manner, nor shall the User indicate to others that the User has the right to display, use or otherwise deal with the IJOY Logo.
9.4 The user shall guarantee that the content uploaded or posted by the user on IJOY is the copyright owner or has obtained legal authorization, and that the content will not violate the legal rights of any third party. The foregoing shall be used in any manner not prohibited by law.
9.5 In case of violation of the Universal Copyright Convention, the Copyright Law, the Trademark Law, the Patent Law, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law and other laws and regulations related to intellectual property rights or the agreement of this Agreement, the user shall bear the damage caused to others (including IJOY) as a result and bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
10、Exemption from liability
10.1 According to relevant laws and regulations, IJOY hereby solemnly declares that any text, sound, pictures, graphics, or other materials (hereinafter referred to as "content") published and uploaded through this service, regardless of whether they are publicly or non-publicly transmitted, shall be the responsibility of the content provider. The User shall compensate for any damage caused to a IJOY or third party as a result.
10.2 The User understands and agrees that the User is responsible for all actions under his registered account, including any Content transmitted by the User and any consequences arising therefrom. Any text, photographs, or other materials posted and uploaded via the Service ("Content"), whether publicly or privately transmitted, shall be the responsibility of the provider of the Content. IJOY only provides users with storage space for the Content and has no control over the Content transmitted via the Service, and therefore does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the Content. Users should make their own judgement of the content on IJOY and the Service and bear all risks arising from the use of the content. IJOY cannot and will not be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the user's actions. However, IJOY has the right to stop the transmission of any of the aforementid contents and take appropriate actions in accordance with the law, including but not limited to suspending the User's use of the Service in whole or in part, keeping relevant records and reporting to the relevant authorities.
10.3 The User understands and acknowledges that IJOY shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the User or any third party as a result of any information, including misleading, deceptive, threatening, defamatory, offensive or unlawful information, or anonymous or impersonal information that violates the rights of others, and the conduct accompanying such information in the course of using the Service.
10.4 User understands and acknowledges that IJOY platform or related equipment needs to be repaired or maintained from time to time, and if the service is interrupted within a reasonable period of time due to such circumstances, IJOY shall not be responsible for it, but shall give prior notice.
10.5 The right to deal with the illegal violation or breach of contract according to the laws and regulations and the agreement, this right does not constitute the obligation or commitment of IJOY, and IJOY cannot guarantee the timely detection of the illegal violation or breach of contract or deal with it accordingly.
10.6 The user understands and confirms that IJOY shall not be liable for any defects in the quality of the following products or services provided to the user and any losses arising therefrom.
1) the services provided to the user free of charge
2) any product or service given to the user.
10.7 The User understands and agrees that due to business development needs, there is a IJOY reservation of the right to unilaterally change, suspend, terminate or withdraw all or part of the service content of the Service, and the User shall bear this risk.
11、Service change, interruption and termination
11.1 The service content may be changed, interrupted or terminated by IJOY.
11.2 In view of the special nature of the network services, the user agrees that IJOY has the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the services (including the paid services) at any time. However, the User shall be notified prior to the change, interruption or termination and shall be provided with a replacement service of equivalent value to the affected User.
11.3 IJOY shall have the right to change, interrupt or terminate the free or chargeable services provided to the User without any liability to the User or any third party in the event of any of the following circumstances.
1) The user is required by law to submit true information and the personal data provided by the user is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and fails to provide reasonable proof.
2) The user violates the relevant laws and regulations or the agreement of this Agreement.
3) in accordance with the provisions of the law or the requirements of the competent authorities

12. Force Majeure
12.1 The User understands and acknowledges that in the course of using the Service, it may encounter force majeure and other risk factors that may cause interruptions to the Service. Force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome and avoided and that have a significant impact on or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, plague epidemics and storms, as well as social events such as wars, unrest, governmental actions etc. In the event of the above, efforts will be made to work with the relevant units in the first instance to repair the situation in a timely manner, but any damage caused to the user or third parties as a result will be exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law by having a IJOY and cooperative unit.
12.2 The Service, like most Internet services, is subject to differences in factors including, but not limited to, user reasons, quality of network services, social environment, etc., and may be subject to various security issues. Users should strengthen their awareness of information security and protection of user data, and should pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
12.3 The user understands and acknowledges that the service is subject to the risk of interruption or failure to meet the user's requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, the user's location, the user's shutdown and any other technical, interconnection network, communication line reasons, etc. As a result, the user or third party will not be held responsible for any losses.
13. General terms and conditions
13.1 The "IJOY APP User Use Specification" and "IJOY Community Specification" published by IJOY are valid parts of this agreement. This agreement and the rules related to IJOY service together regulate the user's behavior of using this service. When using the relevant services, content or software provided by third parties, you shall also comply with the applicable additional terms and conditions.
13.2 The validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by local laws and regulations. If a dispute or controversy arises between the User and IJOY, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation, and if negotiation fails, it may be resolved through litigation in the people's court with jurisdiction in the place where IJOY actually operates.
13.3 If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for whatever reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
13.4 The failure of IJOY to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Usage Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the foregoing right or rights.
13.5 The right to interpret this Agreement shall be final.
